Warranty
Winstar Blinds provides a 2-year warranty on all our products; this warrants
the product free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that
(a) such product was properly installed;
(b) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Winstar Blinds materials and components.
This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse,
motorized devices or failure to follow printed instructions on installation, cleaning and care, or maintenance.
This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. The wearing of the cord control
is be considered as normal wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty.
The warranty will not cover abuse, misuse or improper installation or reinstallation. Any alterations made to the
product outside of our factory voids the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and warranty claims must be
accompanied by proof of purchase; therefore, the original purchaser must be the end user of the product.
Our warranty does not include shipping charges, costs of labour, and costs of installation. The repairs under
our warranty will be made with similar parts.
